My travels to India & Asia showed me the path towards yoga , I have had many teachers with different styles over the years, from Ashtanga , Iyengar, Kundalini to Hatha yoga, which I love. Hatha yoga is the base of all yoga’s which I love and I practice daily, it brings me a lot of peace within and mind, flexibility, fitness, yoga is a great addition to ones life.
I believe yoga is for everybody and every body, it will improve your lifestyle, mind, body & soul. I’m honoured to be able to teach my students how to find peace with in themselves and muscles where they didn’t know they had them!
What I like most about yoga is that there is no end or a perfect pose. The student who can do a headstand has just much to learn as the student who can’t touch their toes, which is why I try to bring an attitude of self-discovery, challenge, fun and consciousness to every class.
